Lawrence Associates was brought in to troubleshoot and redesign an existing hotel project in order to cut costs and improve the overall commercial outcome.
The massive reduction in gross floor area without loss of commercial space, installation of state of the art AC VRV, and a revolutionary new light weight steel construction system, among other smaller changes has proven a design winner.
This hotel is the first in a long line of hotels using similar constructions techniques.
