We were approached by Davro to redesign the front façade and roof to fix issues with drainage and cleaning and to modernise the dated building.
Work started in April where the roof was completely redesigned to alleviate flooding in the back of the roof. The façade was redesigned in the process to bring a modern look to the dated façade.
The old shade structure, that had problems with retaining water and plant waste, was removed and replaced with shades sails that allows the water to pass through and leaves to blow off.
Work was completed in November 2012.
